TAIKYOKU KAKE UKE ICHI

1. Step forward with the right foot and shift 90 degrees (1/4 turn) to the left into left Sanchin Dachi and execute a left slow dynamic tension slow dynamic tension Kake Uke.
2. Execute a right leg Mae Geri and step forward with the right foot into right Zenkutsu Dachi and perform a right Mae Empi Uchi.
3. Stepping with the right foot, turn 180 degrees (2/4 turn) to the right into right Sanchin Dachi and execute a right slow dynamic tension Kake Uke.
4. Execute a left leg Mae Geri and step forward with the left foot into left Zenkutsu Dachi and perform a left Mae Empi Uchi
5. Stepping with the left foot, turn 90 degrees (1/4 turn) to the left into left Sanchin Dachi, facing original direction, and perform a left slow dynamic tension Kake Uke.
6. Stepping in three times executing a Mae Geri (right, left, right) into Zenkutsu Dachi each time followed by a Mae Empi Uchi (right, left, right). KIAI on the last one.
7. Stepping with the left foot, turn 270 degress (3/4 turn) to the left into left Sanchin Dachi and execute a left slow dynamic tension Kake Uke.
8. Execute a right leg Mae Geri and step forward with the right foot into right Zenkutsu Dachi and perform a right Mae Empi Uchi.
9. Stepping with the right foot, turn 180 degrees (2/4 turn) to the right into right Sanchin Dachi and perform a right slow dynamic tension Kake Uke.
10. Execute a left leg Mae Geri and step forward with the left foot into left Zenkutsu Dachi and perform a left Mae Empi Uchi.
11. Stepping with the left foot turn to the left 90 degrees into left Sanchin Dachi and perform a left slow dynamic tension Kake Uke.
12. Stepping in three times executing a Mae Geri (right, left, right) into Zenkutsu Dachi each time followed by a Mae Empi Uchi (right, left, right). KIAI on the last one.
13. Stepping with the left foot, turn 270 degress (3/4 turn) to the left into left Sanchin Dachi and execute a left slow dynamic tension Kake Uke.
