| On Saturday, May 8th the Kenshin Karate School promoted our newest set of black belt karatekas. Noah Sees, Taylor Crimmel, and Viviana Aguila demonstrated outstanding technique and indominitable spirit during their two hour black belt examination. | ||||||||||

Rockville Pike Rt. 355 was the site on Saturday, April 25th for the annual Pikes Peak 10K run from Shady Grove metro station to White Flint Mall. Kenshin Karate School black belts Ms. Theresa Flanders and Mr. Russell Elsner did the hard work covering the entire 10K or 6.2 miles in a swift time - no doubt spurred on by Renshi's encouragement! |
